Courtney LoMonte is a Licensed Acupuncturist, Shiatsu Bodywork Practitioner, Herbalist, and Reiki Practitioner with over a decade of experience supporting clients through holistic, personalized care.
A North Carolina native, Courtney’s journey into Chinese Medicine began through her own healing experience. After a hiking injury in Asheville, she discovered acupuncture firsthand and experienced not only physical relief, but a profound shift in her overall well-being. That transformative experience became the catalyst for her life’s work.
Following her calling, Courtney moved to Oregon to study Acupuncture, Chinese Herbal Medicine, and Asian Bodywork, earning her Master’s degree in Acupuncture & Oriental Medicine from the Oregon College of Oriental Medicine. Since then, she has worked in a variety of settings from community acupuncture clinics to private practice, helping thousands of clients navigate pain, stress, emotional imbalance, and complex health concerns with compassionate, whole-person care.
Courtney’s approach blends Acupuncture, Shiatsu Bodywork, Reiki, and Chinese Herbal Medicine to create individualized treatment plans that support healing on multiple levels—physical, emotional, and energetic. She has a special passion for supporting nervous system regulation, stress and anxiety, sleep concerns, migraines, emotional wellness, and pain management.
Her work is grounded in the belief that healing happens most deeply when care is personalized, collaborative, and rooted in genuine connection.
After returning home to North Carolina in 2022, Courtney and her husband settled on family land in Archer Lodge, where they tend a large vegetable and herb garden and care for their beloved “mini cat colony.”
Courtney is honored to serve the Lumina Wellness Community and create space for healing that is thoughtful, collaborative, and deeply personalized.
